Blentech first entered the market for soups, sauces, stews, curries and chilis in the mid-late 1980’s in the United States and internationally. Today, we have over 500 clients all over the world producing a wide variety products of every ethnicity imaginable – Thai, Lebanese, French, Scandinavian, Italian, Indian,Tex-Mex, Mexican, Hispanic, Puerto Rican and American.  Blentech’s cookers are  more efficient than standard hemispherical kettles and could be part of a complete system to cook and chill in the same unit using vacuum cooling technology.  Some products may have inclusions such as meats, vegetables, grains, and other ingredients which increase the overall value of the batch. Our auto-reversing agitator system can provide gentle mixing to help maintain particle integrity and product suspension for uniform thermal processing.
