A chemical engineer and food scientist with experience in new product commercialization, product scale up, new product formulation, and process optimization.

With over 30 years’ experience in the food industry, Kevin engages with food processors on small projects with one/two pieces of equipment up to large, integrated systems to help a customer meet complex goals. Fluent in Spanish and Latin America market.

Experienced in the food equipment industry with a strong focus on innovation and food process development. Strong food industry professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Food Science and Technology from University of California, Davis.
