Startup & Commissioning
Accelerate production and minimize risk with a structured startup covering pre-planning, commissioning, and training, so your line starts reliably and stays that way.
A Seamless Launch for Your Blentech System
A structured, well-managed startup is critical to realizing ROI faster. Blentech’s Start-Up and Comissioning (SU&C) service helps you hit performance targets from day one—safely, efficiently, and without costly delays.
Speed your path to full-scale production with proven performance validation
Minimize risk while ensuring readiness across operations
Strengthen team confidence through hands-on training
What to Expect
We utilize a phased Validation Lifecycle approach. Rather than a checklist of isolated tasks, we guide you through comprehensive stages of qualification, ensuring your equipment is installed correctly, operates reliably, and performs exactly as required for your specific product.
Installation Qualification (IQ)
We verify that the system is received, positioned, and connected correctly before we ever flip the switch.
Pre-Startup Planning: Early engagement starting as early as the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to define scope and timelines.
Site Readiness: Coordination for rigging, placement, and utility verification to minimize delays.
Installation Verification: Remote support and virtual reviews to certify that piping, electrical, and mechanical installations meet all specifications.
Operational Qualification (OQ)
Once installed, we verify that the equipment operates within its design limits and your team knows how to use it.
- System Integrity: On-site verification of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including I/O checkout and safety system verification.
- Water Testing: Running the system with water to validate heating, cooling, and agitation performance under load.
- Team Training: Tailored, hands-on training for operators, maintenance, safety, and sanitation teams happens right here at the machine.
- Documentation: Delivery of full manuals and maintenance guides to support continued operations.
Performance Qualification (PQ)
The final step validates that the machine produces your food to your standards.
Recipe Fine-Tuning: We work with your R&D team to validate recipes and fine-tune process parameters for optimal product quality.
Process Optimization: Additional engineering support to adjust thermal profiles or mixing speeds for real-world production variables.
Formal Handover: The process concludes with a formal acceptance certificate, confirming training completion and full system readiness.
Smarter Startups. Better ROI.
Blentech’s commissioning services help you avoid common pitfalls—like poor utility connections, scheduling gaps, or under-trained operators—that delay production and erode value. Our proven process ensures a faster path to full output, extending equipment life and delivering long-term returns.
Ongoing Support & Follow-Up
Our commitment doesn’t stop at startup. After commissioning, we check in to ensure full production is running smoothly, gather feedback through our Project Survey, and connect you with our expert Service & Parts team—your long-term partners for maintenance, optimization, and ongoing support.
