Daniel Voit, CEO/CRO
Daniel Voit is the CEO and CRO of Blentech, holding an MS from UC Davis and a BS from Oregon State University. His background in food processing R&D includes a NASA-funded study to design a multi-purpose processor for a manned mission to Mars. An industry advocate who chairs several university leadership boards, Dan has led Blentech to pioneer advanced automation and cloud-based systems for global food production.
Julie Leonhard, CFO/COO
With 35+ years of manufacturing expertise and an entrepreneurial drive, Julie fuels Blentech's global growth through innovation and operational excellence, ensuring unparalleled quality and long-term value for customers.
Chief Engineer of Hardware and Process Development
Jerry brings over 20 years of expertise in food engineering to Blentech. As Chief Engineer, he leads Standardization and R&D efforts, driving innovations in equipment and process design. Holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural & Biological Engineering and is a Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering.
Michael Janney, VP of Operations
Michael is an engineering and operations leader with a General Engineering degree from Cal Poly SLO. His background, including managing complex supply chains and large-scale manufacturing for global brands and over a decade at a Michelin-starred restaurant, informs his commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-centric operational excellence.
Jeremie Schildt, VP of Service & Parts, and Commissioning
Jeremie is an operations and customer service leader with experience in service, parts, and customer support. His background, including nearly a decade managing service operations at Enphase Energy and driving warranty reduction and service revenue growth at Prospiant, informs his commitment to building responsive, customer-focused service structure.
Jill Miller, Sr Director of Sales
With over 20 years of experience in capital equipment and software sales, Jill serves as Senior Director of Sales at Blentech. A former CEO with leadership stints at MP Equipment and TOMRA, she now leads Blentech’s global sales and strategic accounts. Jill specializes in streamlining systems and driving international growth, blending enterprise expertise with a commitment to social impact and sustainable innovation in the food industry.
Brenda Strech, SR Manager of Software Systems Development
