Blentech jacketed heating systems — rated up to 150 PSIG or configured with thermal oil for temperatures up to 600°F (315°C)  — combined with high-viscosity agitation, provide controlled caramelization and even cooking, producing stable syrups and candy bases that set consistently.

Uniform coating is critical for product appearance and taste. With thermal oil systems capable of reaching 600°F (315°C), Blentech cookers apply heat and agitation evenly while durable scraper, seal, and gasket designs extend service life up to 3× longer than traditional horizontal mixers. Precise thermal oil control prevents clumping and burn-on, while cleanable body geometry simplifies changeovers between seasoning profiles.
