Based on market demand for improved quality consistency and food safety, Blentech developed and introduced the evolutionary VersaTherm blending cooker.  The result was improved processing efficiencies and product quality of ground meat. The VersaTherm was a breakthrough in thermal processing, filling an industry void in the cooking of a wide range of viscous products, particularly ground meat. The success and rapid market acceptance of the VersaTherm firmly established Blentech as a leader in the thermal processing equipment industry and the sole supplier of many large restaurant chains seeking centralized production.  These partnerships continue to flourish.

Soon after the VersaTherm came the BlenTherm, a close single-agitator relative of the VersaTherm. The BlenTherm is perfectly suited for low-moderate viscosity soups, sauces, and slurries.

Today, Blentech’s innovative spirit is showcased in our line of green full-absorption rice/pasta/specialty grain HydraTherm cookers, scraped surface heat-exchangers, high-shear mixers, and the ever-growing list of applications possible on our Infinity Cooker.
